The Only Mortal in Heaven — Episode 9: Alive and Wanted

Angel wavers, then gives in. "If this is what it takes." Asmodea has always been curious about what an angel tastes like, and she pulls Angel close before the two of them turn to William together. Red fire and blue light swirl across his chest as the rite finally takes hold. For William, this really is paradise: an angel is kissing him, and she does not stop.

When the light fades, he opens his eyes in his own room, in his own bed, with sunlight coming through his own window. Asleep on either side of him are two familiar faces, with no wings and no horns. One gave up heaven. The other gave up hell. Two women who were meant to live forever chose a mortal life with him. The finale, Episode 9 of The Only Mortal in Heaven, delivers the hottest scene and the happiest ending, all with subtitles.
