The Only Mortal in Heaven — Episode 3: Almost Full

Asmodea finally gets what she came for, and William turns out to be better than any demon she has ever known. Every touch feeds her, until she gasps that she is almost full. By sunrise William still wants more, but she pulls back. Her body is hungry too, yet she will not risk overfeeding when nobody knows what that could do to her, and she cannot be seen looking like this in daylight.

"I'll come back for you tonight," she promises, adding that next time it won't be in this dreary little ward. She leaves with a surprise: a pair of dark wings she lost long ago. But someone was watching from the shadows. The angel saw everything, and she makes her vow quietly: "You won't have him." Episode 3 of The Only Mortal in Heaven turns a hungry night into an open rivalry, and the subtitles keep the story simple to follow.
