I Belong to a Witch — Episode 1: Don’t Let Her In

Thirty Halloweens ago, Darius died in this town and somebody brought him back. In Episode 1 of I Belong to a Witch, the paramedic is spending the night alone with a cupcake and Duke, his old dog, when a voice message warns him: whatever happens, don't let her in. Then the doorbell rings. On the porch waits a red-haired witch in black lace and a pointed hat, a single rose in her hand. Morgana calls him "birthday boy" and already knows his name.

Darius laughs, points her to the party two houses down and locks the door. Moments later, rose petals swirl up out of his candle flame and she is standing right there in his kitchen. "You really thought a little door would stop me?" He tells her to leave. She only smiles and purrs a warning that her roses have thorns. Easy to follow with subtitles, and impossible to look away from.
