In any chat, tap the media button, choose Send Video Note, and type what she should say or do. Under 90 seconds later you get a round talking video with sound, at 10 Stars each. Nothing else on the scorecard comes this close to a voice memo with a face attached. On OurDream's side, we could not confirm an equivalent in chat.
Voice calls and voice messages
Every chat has a phone icon for a voice call, and every message she sends has a voice playback button. Her voice is yours to choose with the voice picker in Chat Settings. Both voice messages and calls are PRO features, and we could not confirm whether a call or voice message also costs Stars.

Design a Companion Who Knows Your Playlist
There's no confirmed playlist feature, but you can build a companion whose whole personality starts from your taste in music. Treat this as a workaround, not a feature claim.
Write the music into her bio
In Create, choose Female or Trans and Realistic or Anime, or skip the menus and use Design with AI. Describe her in plain text, up to 2,000 characters: her look, her temperament, and the artists and moods on your rotation. In about a minute you get a named character with her own @handle, a written bio and a portrait, for around 3 Stars. She's built from that bio, so that's where your taste belongs.
Keep her private or publish her
New characters are Private by default, so your late-night synthwave phase stays between you two. Publish her if you like, since public characters can earn their creator Stars. Making her costs fewer Stars than one Video Note, which is decent bang for buck.
